4. What weld data is recorded?

FXT40 Pro records current, voltage, speed, wire-feed speed, travel angle and welding time. K600 stores 50 program groups and records current, voltage, travel speed, oscillation parameters and timestamp, with no built-in printer. G168 records current, voltage, welding speed, oscillation parameters and timestamp. None of the three should be assumed to offer USB export.

5. Will the machine tell me my productivity or pass rate?

No. Equipment range does not establish deposition rate, site productivity, WPS/PQR or inspection acceptance. Track fit, joint geometry, filler-wire need, qualification and inspection route stay project-specific.
